Calgary Corporate Event Planner

We help businesses deliver immersive events with seamless logistics, without pulling your team off the day-to-day.

You’re 7 days out from what was supposed to be “just a simple retreat.”

Client timelines are three weeks behind, vendor emails are flooding in, and the team is scrambling because everyone and no one is running the show.

Event day, attendees are welcomed and checked in, vendors follow one meticulous timeline, and your team is focused, not frantic.

FAQ

“Can’t our team handle this internally?”

You can, if someone internally is willing to own the whole thing end to end. In most teams, events end up as a side job and that’s where details slip. My role is to be the single point of ownership so your people stay on their real work while I handle vendors, timeline, AV, VIPs, and contingencies. If you’ve got that covered in‑house, amazing. If not, bringing me in keeps risk low and your team focused.

“Is full production really worth it?”

If your goal is a smooth event with zero scramble, yes. Full production means I’m owning the plan, vendors, AV, VIPs, and contingencies so your leaders can focus on people and outcomes. The win isn’t “more decor,” it’s fewer fires, tighter timing, and a room that runs itself.

“We don’t have a budget for production.”

Totally get it. Let’s start with what this event needs to achieve: brand alignment, engagement, leads, sponsors - and build the plan to hit those. We can phase the scope to match priority and approvals, so you’re investing where impact is highest.

We commit to a calm, well‑managed planning experience and elevated, attendee‑first design delivered to the scope, milestones, and response times outlined in your proposal and onboarding guide.
