  • Absolutely! Our coordinated service kicks in about 12 weeks before the event. We’ll lock in vendors, refine the timeline, and ensure every last detail is prepped so your day runs flawlessly—perfect for DIY-savvy couples who want stress-free execution.

  • Yes—we’ve built a vetted network of talented studios, florists, stylists, and more. But our first priority is you. We recommend vendors that align with your personal vision and budget and will happily integrate your existing favorites.

  • Not directly, but we’re happy to create curated styling packages using trusted rental partners that suit your aesthetic and budget. We handle sourcing, coordination, and setup to make sure it’s all seamless.

  • Yes! We’ll oversee setup and pack-up of your décor and personal items, and coordinate any vendor breakdowns. Our goal is to let you enjoy your event without thinking about logistics.

  • Yes—and here’s why: Venue coordinators focus on in-house logistics (food, bar, staffing, venue timelines). Our event coordination is focused on you—your vision, vendor team, flow of the day, family dynamics, timeline, and guest experience. We’re the safety net behind the scenes.
